Move Over PSL! HYB Fall Mocktails Have Made Their Return

Who else is ready for brisk temps and autumnal flavors? At HYB, we’re ready to move forward into the next season, and we’ve got a fresh new lineup of booze-free mocktails to prove it!

Check out our fall flavors and give our mocktail bar a visit on the weekends from 7am-5pm now through October.  

1. Crisp LBI Evenings 

2. Surf City Lemonade 

So named for the town in which we reside, the Surf City Lemonade tastes just like a fall flavored jolly rancher. We blend lemonade with apple and cucumber before adding a splash of cranberry and a fresh lemon garnish for a juicy, tart twist. 

3. Awesome Autumn Punch

Who’s ready for pumpkin pie? This creamy harvest punch leaves behind warm hints of nutmeg and clove that rival that of our famous Pumpkin Spice Latte. We stir apple cider together with seltzer, pumpkin and a shot of salted caramel syrup. Don’t forget that dollop of whipped cream on top for good measure! 

4. Local’s Summer Spritzer  

For those of you who aren’t quite ready for fall overload, this spritzer is for you! We melded tropical notes with autumnal undercurrents. Pineapple juice, apple cider, lemon-lime soda and stone fruit join to make a refreshing fall beverage.  

In addition to these four fall specials, we’ve opted to keep a few of our original mocktails on the roster: Fiestagria, The Metro, the Cold Fashioned and the Always Sunny on LBI. Visit our Surf City location to sample these craft beverages during our off-season mocktail bar hours (Saturday-Sunday, 7am-5pm).
