Our Coffee

The most common and frequent selections are:

  • Whole Bean - if you have an at-home grinder
  • All Purpose - for pour-over or drip coffee
  • French Press - for French Press coffee
  • Percolator - for Percolator coffee or cold brew

*Grinds can be interchanged based on preference

There is no sugar in any of our flavored coffees. The flavoring is created with food grade extracts immediately following the roasting process. 

All coffee beans should be stored in a cool, dark cabinet. Avoid extreme temperatures, strong light, and never store in the fridge or freezer. 

Coffee beans are best when used within the first few weeks of receiving, however, you can still make a good cup of coffee within the first few months.

Payments & Subscriptions

For the time being, all gift cards (whether purchased in-store or online) are for in-store use only. Gift cards will not work for any "online shop" purchases being shipped to your home or business.

There are no discount codes available at this time. 

Our rewards program is only applicable for in-store purchases. "Online Shop" purchases shipped to your home or business are not able to be attributed to your in-store rewards.

All subscriptions can be managed from your online How You Brewin account. Simply log in by clicking the person icon at the top right-hand corner and click the "Manage Subscription" button at the top of your account page.

Shipping & Returns

Most orders ship in 1-2 business days.  Please note that USPS especially is experiencing delays. We will not consider a package lost or replace any shipments until 10 business days have passed from day of shipment using either UPS or USPS.

Free shipping is offered for limited times throughout the year. Subscribe to our email list to be the first to know when the next free shipping timeframe becomes available. 

All sales are final. Please contact us first, if you have a problem or discrepancy in your order.

Coffee and gift cards cannot be returned for any reason.

In a situation where a return is granted, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds are determined on a case by case basis. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

*If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at coffee@howyoubrewin.com.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at coffee@howyoubrewin.com.

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
